How will therapy with me solve your problems?

           So, what’s the benefit to you? Like Carl Rogers, it is my belief that  in order for a person to “grow”, they  need  a therapeutic environment which provides them with acceptance, empathy and openness. I believe that you have within yourself the resources and wisdom to help navigate through the difficulties and problems which you may be facing.  These inner resources can be tapped when a therapeutic climate of respect and open-mindedness is provided. Working in collaboration with you, I will help you reconnect with your personal strengths and assist you in improving your personal functioning and moving forwards in your life.
